What this covers

These terms govern your use of cognizzo.com. They are not a contract for any product or service.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

This page does not sell you anything. If you buy a product from us, separate terms apply and you will be shown them before you pay. If we build something for you, a signed master services agreement and statement of work govern that work, and those documents override anything written here.

SubtitleBeast and Wurqur are trading names of Cognizzo LLC. They are brands, not separate companies. Any contract you enter into with either of them is a contract with Cognizzo LLC.

Using this site

You may read this site, and copy or print pages for your own reference. You may link to it.

The content, design, code, wordmark and logo on this site belong to Cognizzo LLC or are used with permission. The names Cognizzo, SubtitleBeast and Wurqur, and the diamond mark, are ours.

Nothing here transfers any right in them to you.

Third-party names mentioned on this site belong to their owners. We name them for identification and description only — it does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership in either direction.

Accuracy of what you read here

We try to keep this site correct and current. We do not promise that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available.

Nothing on this site is professional advice, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of what we do are general. A specific engagement is defined only in a signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
